We are currently engaged in a diverse array of projects, particularly within the power and renewables, infrastructure, environment, and transport sectors. Collaborating with various technical disciplines, including landscape, GIS, engineering, sustainability, and drainage, we have recently completed significant projects including some of the largest solar farms approved in the UK, a cable tunnel beneath the River Thames, and habitat regulation assessments for local authorities.
Your Role:
- Assist in preparing high-quality, commercially viable bids and tenders for ecological services, particularly in the energy, transport, and water sectors;
- Plan, schedule, and manage all phases of ecological project work, ensuring all resources, budgets, and controls are appropriately established to meet program and budget targets;
- Deliver exceptional ecological consultancy and advisory services to both internal and external clients, ensuring quality through thorough review processes;
- Develop technically sound and practical solutions to complex ecological challenges;
- Communicate effectively and professionally with team members, project partners, and clients;
- Contribute to the production of ecology chapters for environmental statements and protected species license applications;
- Review and author project deliverables, ensuring high-quality outputs.
