You will interact directly with clients, establishing yourself as a trusted strategic partner while managing paid search performance from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and expand Paid Search initiatives for DTC ecommerce brands focusing on Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube.
- Act as a conversion value expert by designing value-based bidding strategies that align with customer lifetime value (LTV), margins, and tangible business outcomes.
- Oversee data feed optimization across Shopping and PMax utilizing platforms such as DataFeedWatch or Feedonomics.
- Develop, audit, and refine complex account structures with a robust understanding of signals, intent, query sculpting, and feed-driven performance.
- Manage YouTube performance by implementing full-funnel strategies, creative testing frameworks, and integration with paid search and PMax.
- Utilize GA4, Google Ads, and attribution tools to analyze performance and generate actionable insights.
- Work closely with clients, providing clear and confident explanations of strategies, performance, and trade-offs.
- Collaborate with creative, conversion rate optimization (CRO), analytics, and engineering teams to enhance conversion rates, average order values (AOV), and overall revenue efficiency.
- Continuously test and innovate to push the boundaries of what is achievable within the paid search landscape.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Extensive expertise in Paid Search specific to ecommerce (DTC experience is essential) — not limited to lead generation.
- Advanced proficiency in conversion value optimization, value rules, bidding strategies, and margin-aware scaling.
- Hands-on experience with product feed optimization and the mechanics of Shopping/PMax.
- Demonstrated success with YouTube Ads, particularly in achieving performance and revenue-driven outcomes.
- Must possess excellent analytical skills and the ability to provide strategic insights based on data.
