Key Responsibilities:
- Log production details in the Agency's eDiscovery Tracking System.
- Review cover letters to summarize production information.
- Contact producing parties for passwords if media is encrypted.
- Assess cover letters for substantive content suitable for loading into Relativity.
- Conduct virus scans on productions off-network using multiple security tools.
- Address or reject productions with detected issues following established protocols.
- Transfer clean productions to the Agency's network.
- Adhere to protocols for handling various document types, including whistleblower documents and financial privacy requests.
- Analyze productions to determine necessary processing and ensure data completeness.
- Monitor incoming productions via email and the Agency's FTP site.
- Scan and OCR documents in preparation for Relativity loading.
- Coordinate off-site scanning for large paper productions.
