Join Deezer’s dynamic team as we expand our global reach through strategic alliances with top-tier companies and organizations. We are on the lookout for a distinguished Senior Partnerships Manager to oversee relationships in France and across Europe.
This pivotal role encompasses both retail and digital distribution landscapes, emphasizing in-store visibility, multi-channel activation, and sales performance.
As a senior leader in this team, you will drive sales growth, cultivate a healthy subscriber base, and enhance revenue through our partners’ retail and digital platforms. You will formulate and implement growth strategies for your partner portfolio, manage daily interactions with both internal and external teams, and ensure that your partnerships align with Deezer’s broader strategic goals.
You will report directly to the Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships EMEA, working within the Chief Commercial Officer’s organization. This position necessitates extensive collaboration with retail sales and marketing support vendors, as well as colleagues in Analytics, CRM, Product and Partner Integration, Content, Editorial, and Artist Relations.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in driving successful sales and visibility for tech products and services across retail and digital channels. Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders in telecom, digital media, retail, streaming, gaming, consumer electronics, or connected technology sectors will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead retail sales initiatives for Deezer’s offerings, managing marketing enablement and external vendor relations to ensure successful in-store activations and promotional campaigns.
Meet revenue targets and develop a robust pipeline of new business opportunities to enhance subscriber growth and maximize revenue and margins for your accounts.
Foster strong relationships at various hierarchical levels with partners, ensuring alignment on commercial objectives, resources, growth strategies, and contract renewals.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to partners to optimize performance and achieve superior results.
Engage internal stakeholders to support partners effectively and keep teams updated on critical information.
Serve as the internal authority on contractual obligations, deadlines, and marketing initiatives to ensure compliance for both partners and Deezer.
Negotiate complex contracts with partners and key stakeholders involved in partnership initiatives.
Represent Deezer’s core values in your local market, acting as an ambassador for our global partnerships team and showcasing Deezer Partnerships at prominent industry events.
