Your Role:
Join our dynamic team in London as a Senior Employee Relations Adviser, where you will work closely with the Employee Relations Manager, HR Business Partners, and the HR Services team. Your role is vital in delivering proactive and commercial HR guidance that aligns with our business strategy.
As a key player in the team, you will provide escalation support and coaching to HR Advisers, contributing to their professional development and ensuring the team's success.
This position offers a hybrid working model, requiring occasional travel between Bracknell, London, and other offices as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer comprehensive advice and support on various employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Assist in conducting thorough investigations into complaints and allegations, ensuring equitable outcomes.
- Provide insights on complex employee relations issues while managing performance improvement plans, absence management, grievances, and disciplinary processes as needed.
- Collaborate with management and HRBPs to create actionable plans addressing employee concerns and performance challenges.
- Support the Employee Relations Manager in monitoring and analyzing employee relations trends, recommending proactive solutions, and aiding in the development and implementation of ER policies and procedures.
- Conduct training sessions for managers and HR teams on employee relations best practices, conflict resolution, and employment law.
