Join Our Team as a Senior Employee Relations Advisor
Location: High Wycombe (2-3 days per week on-site)

In this pivotal role, you will deliver a high-quality, proactive HR advisory service. Your Responsibilities
- Serve as the deputy to the Head of People Advice, leading the team in their absence.
- Provide expert counsel on intricate ER issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, performance management, absence management, and capability assessments.
- Offer advice on sensitive matters such as whistleblowing, settlement agreements, TUPE, redundancy processes, and tribunal preparations.
- Manage the People Advice phone line, inbox, and business change requests efficiently.
- Foster strong relationships with managers and leaders across the organization.
- Analyze ER data to identify trends and suggest proactive interventions.
- Mentor People Advisors and assist with onboarding processes.
- Deliver ER training and contribute to the development of HR policies.
Your Qualifications
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent professional experience.
- Extensive experience in Employee Relations within a complex, fast-paced organization.
- Experience working in a unionized environment is advantageous.
- In-depth understanding of UK employment law.
- Exceptional coaching, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- High emotional intelligence and sound judgment.
