Process Ownership:
Design, implement, and oversee IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, ensuring they align with global standards and business goals.
Document and maintain ITSM processes, promoting clarity, consistency, and best practices such as ITIL.
Continuously enhance processes using stakeholder feedback and operational insights.
Serve as the primary contact for process-related inquiries, issues, and escalations.
Manage significant incidents, changes, and problems, ensuring proper procedure adherence.
Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders for global process consistency.
Provide periodic and ad-hoc reports to management and stakeholders.
Business Analysis:
Engage with IT teams, management, and clients to collect and document requirements for ITSM processes, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
Convert business requirements into clear, actionable specifications for system enhancements.
