Qualifications
Responsibilities:Lead the complete engineering delivery and reliability of the DriveWell Portal (CMT’s customer-facing telematics platform), ensuring a balance between new feature development, business as usual (BAU), and production stability.Guide the vision and execution of the next-generation DriveWell Portal.Foster cross-functional collaboration across Commercial Mobility, Crash & Claims, and other platform systems to create a seamless portal experience.Plan and execute the migration and consolidation of legacy and support portals into the DriveWell platform with minimal disruptions to customers.Guarantee high system availability and performance through proactive production monitoring and incident management.Collaborate with Product and customer-facing teams to prioritize and address customer-impacting issues.Build and lead a high-performing engineering team.Qualifications:A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).8-12+ years of software engineering experience, including 3-5+ years in a management role.
