Your Mission:
As a Senior Enterprise Account Director for BFSI, you will be instrumental in driving growth in one of our most critical and rapidly expanding markets—Indonesia. You will lead efforts to enhance UiPath’s footprint among Indonesia's major banks, insurers, and financial institutions.
This role transcends traditional sales; you will represent UiPath within the industry, crafting the narrative around Agentic automation for the BFSI sector, influencing executive priorities, and fostering long-term strategic partnerships that facilitate significant business transformation.
Your Responsibilities at UiPath:
Strategic Growth & Industry Leadership
Develop and implement the BFSI go-to-market strategy for Indonesia, ensuring sustainable revenue growth among elite enterprise accounts.
Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, conveying UiPath’s vision for AI-powered automation and its implications for operational efficiency, risk management, compliance, and customer engagement.
Oversee strategic account planning, territory management, forecasting, and governance for complex, multi-year enterprise engagements.
Sales Execution
Lead intricate, high-value sales processes from initial engagement to deal finalization, including contract negotiations and account expansion.
Position UiPath’s comprehensive AI and automation platform as a solution to key BFSI challenges such as regulatory compliance, fraud detection, loan processing, claims automation, and digital transformation.
Drive account growth by identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling in alignment with enterprise transformation strategies.
Collaboration & Ecosystem Engagement
Work closely with internal cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes and foster a collaborative ecosystem.
