The Role
We seek a highly motivated and strategic Senior Enterprise Account Executive to join our New York City team. In this key position, you will take full ownership of the enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing, focusing on large and strategic accounts across Europe. Your impact will be pivotal in broadening Carv's presence within the enterprise HR tech ecosystem, driving revenue growth and shaping our go-to-market strategy in the region.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Ownership
Manage the complete sales cycle, from qualification to negotiation and closing, targeting enterprise-level organizations.
Consistently meet and exceed ambitious revenue targets with a proven track record of quota achievement.
Craft customized pitches and ROI-driven business cases for decision-makers in Talent Acquisition, HR, and Operations.
2. Strategic Account Management
Identify and foster relationships with C-level executives, HR technology leaders, and system integrators.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Navigate complex buying structures and develop multi-threaded relationships within target accounts.
3. Market Expansion
Assist in defining Carv's enterprise go-to-market strategy for North America.
Represent Carv at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility and generate high-quality leads.
Offer market feedback and insights to guide product development and strategic planning.
