YOUR MISSION:
As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive at Parloa, you will be instrumental in positioning Parloa as a frontrunner in the Conversational AI sector across North America. Your objective is to secure new enterprise clients, penetrate new markets, and finalize intricate, high-stakes contracts with Fortune 1000 companies.
You will manage the complete enterprise sales process, operate with significant independence, and ensure precision in deal execution and forecasting. This position is tailored for a seasoned enterprise salesperson who excels in greenfield scenarios, possesses a robust sales methodology, and is eager to shape strategy, positioning, and growth.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of new enterprise customer acquisition, from initial outreach to closing
- Lead complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders across Business and IT, including executive buyers (VP, SVP, C-level)
- Utilize Command of the Message–style selling to effectively communicate Parloa’s value, distinguish it from competitors, and foster urgency
- Adhere to strong forecasting discipline using MEDDPICC, ensuring accurate pipeline management and deal review
- Develop and implement account and territory strategies to enter new industries and broaden Parloa’s market presence
- Identify and cultivate high-impact use cases that correlate business challenges with tangible ROI
- Deliver executive-level presentations, demonstrations, and customer workshops that establish Parloa as a valued partner
- Serve as a trusted advisor, assisting clients in transformation initiatives involving conversational AI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales Engineering, Business Development, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations to secure and expand accounts
