Senior Enterprise Risk Analyst

Key Responsibilities
- Analyzing and assessing credit risk for large corporate clients
- Conducting risk assessments of loan applications and financing structures
- Performing detailed analysis of financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow)
- Preparing credit risk proposals and professional opinions for decision-making forums
- Conducting credit ratings and determining risk classifications
- Regularly reviewing managed portfolios (limit reviews, annual assessments, monitoring)
- Identifying early warning signals and developing risk mitigation proposals
- Collaborating with business areas in the design of financing structures during the proposal phase
- Participating in client negotiations with risk expertise
- Analyzing complex corporate transactions and preparing decisions for the credit committee
- The colleague in this position will oversee the entire process from analysis to portfolio monitoring.
Requirements
- Higher education in finance or economics
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate credit risk management or large corporate lending
- Proficient skills in balance sheet and financial analysis (cash flow analysis, interpretation of financial indicators)
- Experience in preparing credit risk proposals and decision-making materials
- Structured, analytical thinking
- Independent, precise work ethic and a high level of accountability
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with large corporate clientele
- Experience in analyzing structured or project financing transactions
- Knowledge of banking or leasing financing structures
- Experience in portfolio monitoring or limit reviews
- Proficiency in English or German
- Background in Big4 consulting (Financial Due Diligence / Debt Advisory / Restructuring)
