We are currently looking for a Senior Events Marketing Manager to spearhead the planning, execution, and enhancement of both hosted and sponsored events within our North American and EMEA Enterprise markets. This pivotal role directly influences revenue generation—facilitating new client acquisitions, accelerating pipeline advancement, and expanding customer investments through high-quality, strategic event experiences.
You will collaborate intensively with Sales, Product Marketing, and various cross-functional teams to create and deliver events that foster client relationships, enhance brand visibility, and yield measurable business results. Additionally, you will be responsible for executing StackAdapt’s Client Advisory Board (CAB) events in conjunction with Product Marketing, ensuring a flawless experience for both virtual and in-person engagements.
This hands-on role is centered on strategy and execution, demanding top-notch project management skills, operational discipline, creativity, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional alignment. Although you will oversee multiple events concurrently, you will typically attend only the most significant or impactful ones, coordinating on-site needs with Sales and vendors rather than being present at every event. The Events Marketing Manager will report directly to the Senior Manager of Event Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan, and execute the event strategy for NAMER and EMEA Enterprise teams, including program mix, calendar management, and audience targeting.
- Lead the execution of regional field events across the NAMER and EMEA Enterprise portfolio, managing logistics, budgets, vendors, and on-site operations as necessary.
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of Client Advisory Board (CAB) events in partnership with Product Marketing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to align event objectives and equip teams for successful customer and prospect engagement.
- Support large-scale brand initiatives, such as StackAdapt’s annual user conference, “Conversion.”
- Monitor and report on event performance and ROI in coordination with Marketing Operations.
- Manage the comprehensive event strategy, focusing on driving event success and optimization.
