We are seeking a dynamic Senior Executive Business Partner (EBP) to support the Head of Credit Karma Product. This critical role demands a highly skilled executive assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. A global mindset is essential as this position is located in Oakland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal and external meetings for the executive, managing meeting flow, taking notes, tracking action items, distributing them to the relevant parties, and following up to ensure completion.
- Design presentations for monthly team meetings and weekly core team gatherings in collaboration with presenters.
- Proactively manage complex calendars and travel arrangements based on executive priorities, making independent and sound decisions.
- Oversee and enhance the end-to-end product review operational mechanisms.
- Maintain confidentiality, exercising discretion and judgment, acting as an extension of the executive.
- Foster cross-functional relationships among departments, including Intuit teams as needed.
- Organize team-building events and activities (both virtual and in-person), facilitate space planning, and assist with onboarding new senior leaders to enhance team culture.
- Serve as a vital conduit for information flow across all levels, including internal and external contacts regarding various plans and priorities.
