We are seeking a dedicated Senior Executive for Store Operations to oversee the seamless functioning of multiple retail locations. Your expertise in coordination, vendor management, and administrative support will be crucial in enhancing operational efficiency.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal teams, including finance, store management, and administration, as well as external vendors, to ensure smooth operations. Key responsibilities include managing procurement processes, ensuring contractual compliance, and providing support to store teams in overcoming operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between stores and head office teams to comprehend requirements and facilitate timely procurement of goods and services.
- Establish and maintain effective vendor relationships, ensuring timely deliveries and high service quality.
- Assist in contract negotiations in partnership with finance and administration teams, ensuring alignment with organizational policies.
- Oversee vendor contracts, licenses, and service agreements, ensuring timely renewals and compliance with legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to vendor agreements and procurement activities.
- Collaborate with store managers to address operational issues while providing necessary administrative support.
- Engage in store operations meetings and contribute innovative ideas to enhance service standards.
- Monitor procurement activities and vendor performance, preparing regular reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and operational guidelines across all stores.
- Assist in optimizing processes to boost coordination and operational effectiveness.
