As part of our ongoing expansion, Precision for Medicine is seeking a skilled Senior Feasibility Associate/Feasibility Manager to enhance our European team. This fully remote position is available to candidates located in the UK, Spain, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia, or Slovakia.
Position Overview:
The Senior Feasibility Associate/Feasibility Manager plays a vital role within the Feasibility Department at Precision for Medicine. This position is responsible for driving the success of pre-award, post-award, rescue, and stand-alone feasibility projects. The selected candidate will conduct thorough feasibility analyses to support business development and operational strategies, alongside facilitating site identification for both new and ongoing projects. Additionally, this role may engage in specialized projects that help Precision for Medicine maintain its innovative edge and competitive advantage as a scientifically driven partner for our biotech and pharma clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-Award Feasibility Projects:
- Conduct comprehensive pre-award feasibility analyses and provide insights for RFPs, including competitive and historical recruitment assessments, care standards, drug evaluations, epidemiological studies, and site/country analyses.
- Review clinical protocols, study assumptions, client details, and plans for both US and global trials.
- Present feasibility findings to business development teams and clients, articulating processes, recommendations, and underlying rationale.
- Collaborate with colleagues, consultants, and partners to gather and disseminate feasibility information.
- Engage in outreach to potential feasibility sites for pre-award opportunities.
- Participate in business development meetings and client calls as necessary.
- Post-Award Feasibility Projects:
- Deliver on post-award, rescue, and standalone feasibility projects in alignment with client expectations.
- Engage with patient advocacy groups and site networks as appropriate to enhance study feasibility and recruitment.
- Analyze collected site data to ensure accurate site identification and develop effective enrollment strategies.
