As a result of our ongoing expansion, Precision for Medicine is seeking a Senior Feasibility Associate / Feasibility Manager to join our esteemed European team. This position offers the flexibility to work fully remotely from locations within the UK, Spain, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia, or Slovakia.
Position Overview:
The Senior Feasibility Associate / Feasibility Manager plays a pivotal role within the expert team of the Feasibility Department at Precision for Medicine. This role is tasked with supporting the execution of pre-award, post-award, rescue, and stand-alone feasibility projects. The successful candidate will conduct thorough feasibility analyses to assist business development and operational strategy teams, and will also contribute to project site identification and feasibility support for both newly awarded and ongoing projects. Additionally, the Senior Feasibility Associate / Feasibility Manager will engage in specialized projects that enable Precision for Medicine to remain at the forefront of innovation, ensuring we maintain our competitive edge as a scientifically-driven partner for our biotech and pharma clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Pre-Award Feasibility Projects:
- Conduct pre-award feasibility analyses and provide input for RFPs, covering competitive analysis, historical recruitment data, standards of care, drug evaluations, epidemiological assessments, and site/country evaluations.
- Review clinical protocols, study assumptions, client details, and study plans for both US and global trials.
- Present and articulate feasibility analyses to Business Development and clients, detailing processes, recommendations, and justifications.
- Collaborate with colleagues, consultants, and partners to gather and disseminate feasibility information.
- Engage in feasibility outreach for potential pre-award opportunities.
- Participate in and contribute to Business Development and client discussions.
- Post-Award Feasibility Support:
- Deliver post-award, rescue, and stand-alone feasibility outputs in alignment with study and client needs.
- As needed, liaise with patient advocacy groups and site networks to bolster study feasibility, recruitment, and successful execution.
- Assist in analyzing collected site data to ensure accurate site identification, enrollment modeling, and strategic study planning.
