YOUR MISSION:
As a Senior Field Marketing Manager (f/m/d) at Parloa, you will be instrumental in driving pipeline and revenue growth through the strategic design and execution of marketing programs specifically crafted for key industries across the UK and Northern Europe. You will assume full responsibility for regional marketing initiatives, focusing on impactful field and partner events. Collaborating closely with Sales and cross-functional teams, you will create memorable experiences that effectively generate demand, enhance customer engagement, and accelerate the sales process.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Devise and implement regional marketing strategies aligned with sales objectives and revenue goals.
- Work in tandem with Sales, Content Marketing, Product Marketing, and Partnerships teams to customize content and campaigns for the Northern European market.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing initiatives, including field events, webinars, industry conferences, and account-based marketing (ABM) in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Enhance sales pipelines and expedite sales cycles using region-specific strategies and customer engagement programs.
- Monitor, assess, and communicate the performance of campaigns, ROI, and pipeline impact.
- Utilize AI tools and platforms for optimizing campaign targeting, personalization, and performance insights.
- Build and nurture relationships with industry partners, associations, and thought leaders within the insurance, financial services, and healthcare sectors.
