Your Role:
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role within the FP&A team, ensuring the delivery of precise and dependable financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis across our organization. Collaborating closely with FP&A leadership, you will support budgeting and forecasting cycles, conduct insightful Budget vs. Actual analyses, and build and maintain financial models that facilitate informed decision-making.
We are looking for a candidate with a robust foundation in FP&A best practices, advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, and hands-on experience with FP&A planning tools. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining data integrity and consistency in FP&A models and systems, while also driving the continuous enhancement of FP&A processes as we grow.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the FP&A team to deliver accurate and reliable forecasts and analyses across various functional areas, emphasizing data integrity and consistent execution.
Assist in the budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes by working closely with leadership to integrate inputs from functional teams, ensuring adherence to planning timelines and deliverables.
Support monthly close and forecasting update cycles by validating actual results against forecasts and identifying variances.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of financial models, ensuring they are accurate and reflective of business operations.
