Finance at Brex
The Finance team serves as a strategic driving force within Brex, taking the lead in planning, forecasting, investor relations, and corporate development. Where you’ll work
This position is based in our San Francisco office. We embrace a hybrid work environment that blends the energy of in-office collaboration with the flexibility of remote work. Currently, we require a minimum of two coordinated days in the office each week (Wednesday and Thursday). Starting February 2, 2026, this requirement will increase to three days per week (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Additionally, we offer up to four weeks of fully remote work annually!
What you’ll do
We are in the process of building our Go-To-Market (GTM) Finance team and are looking for a dynamic leader to oversee the Marketing Finance function. You will work closely with the Executive team to optimize ROI from our GTM investments. In this role, you will collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership to develop and execute a financial strategy that boosts success for both teams. Your responsibilities will include crafting and implementing data-driven initiatives aimed at driving growth, enhancing efficiency, and increasing profitability, while serving as a crucial connector within the organization.
You will also be responsible for managing pipeline forecasts and setting goals while creating frameworks for assessing customer engagement and success.
