Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the SecureRelease product and business planning process across diverse cross-functional teams.
- Evaluate consumer demands, analyze current market trends, and identify potential partnerships from a return on investment and build vs. buy perspective.
- Review competitor offerings to identify opportunities for product differentiation.
- Analyze product specifications and establish programs to ensure successful outcomes.
- Formulate, implement, and sustain production timelines across various departments.
- Manage the execution of the SecureRelease product including research, market analysis, competitive assessments, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements definition, and product launch.
- Convert product strategies into detailed requirements for the engineering teams for prototype creation and final product development.
- Draft product strategy documents detailing business cases, high-level use cases, technical specifications, revenue forecasts, and ROI.
- Analyze market data to devise sales strategies and define product objectives for effective marketing communication plans.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams during product development, quality assurance, and release phases, ensuring resource balance for overall organizational success.
- Establish product positioning and messaging that sets CGS apart from competitors.
