Your Role in Creating a Better Workplace
We are thrilled to offer a role for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our Unified Systems Neighbourhood within the Core Services division. Central to our neighbourhood is a collective mission: to deliver a cohesive user experience for our customers. In this position, you will closely collaborate with product, design, and data colleagues to create user experiences that promote effective behaviors and practices for individuals and their businesses.
This neighbourhood develops the platform experience that supports Culture Amp’s unified navigation, App Chrome, shared UI/tooling packages, and Home surface, enabling product teams to deploy cohesive, accessible, and high-performing experiences across the platform. Your contributions will shape our Design System and other critical UI infrastructure, enhancing consistency and efficiency for every team and customer interaction.
As a valued member of our exceptional team, you will:
- Craft clean, scalable, and testable code as a Frontend Engineer (primarily using React and Next.js) to provide seamless, high-performance frontend interfaces.
- Develop and maintain UI components within Culture Amp’s Kaizen design system, working in tandem with designers and fellow engineers.
- Take ownership and advance foundational systems, including shared libraries and cross-product services that define our unified platform experiences.
- Engage in collaborative efforts through pairing, solution designs, and thoughtful code reviews—documenting your methodologies and sharing insights through documentation, brown bag sessions, and internal communications.
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering an environment of growth and learning.
