Join Our Team as a Senior Full Stack Engineer - Focused on Decentralized Finance Security
Location: Remote (USA - NYC preferred, NOT PST), with a requirement for at least a 5-hour overlap with EST timezone.

Compensation: $144,000 - $164,000 annually

Our mission is to empower crypto protocols to enhance risk management and capital efficiency while protecting user funds. By leveraging advanced EVM simulations to analyze protocol mechanics and potential scenarios, we provide actionable insights that are trusted by leading decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols, safeguarding billions of dollars in assets.
We are looking for a proactive, results-oriented Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our Oracle Team. Reporting to the Oracle Team Lead, you will be instrumental in developing data-driven dashboards and infrastructure that supports risk analysis. This role necessitates close collaboration with research and protocol teams to create high-quality frontend and backend components that provide crucial security insights across various blockchains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Ownership: Assume complete accountability for projects by translating high-level objectives into actionable tasks, proposing technical architectures, and overseeing execution from start to finish.
- Infrastructure Development: Construct and maintain a robust Oracle infrastructure that supports diverse data feeds across multiple blockchains.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with research and protocol teams to deepen your understanding of DeFi protocols and present complex insights through user-friendly, data-rich interfaces.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure long-term code quality and maintainability through rigorous testing, thorough documentation, and peer code reviews.
- Product Innovation: Identify new product opportunities and technical enhancements across the platform to improve user experience and system performance.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing innovation of the platform in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality outputs.
Interview Process:
- Initial Screening: Recruiter / HR Call.
- Technical Evaluation: 1-hour technical interview.
- Leadership Interview: 45-minute interview with the Hiring Manager.
- Executive Interview: 30-minute interview with the Founder / CEO.
