We are currently seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our dynamic team in New York or San Francisco and help us achieve our goal of building the leading creator platform.
This position follows a hybrid work model, requiring in-office attendance 2 days a week.
About the Community Team
Our Community team is dedicated to constructing the vital spaces where creators and their fans can engage in real-time. We manage key features such as Patreon Live, Chats, Comments, Reactions, and Drops, fostering an environment that encourages daily interactions among users.
Our mission is to create a sense of belonging, helping fans feel recognized and part of a community that reflects their values. We work collaboratively across iOS, Android, Web, and Backend, partnering with Product, Design, Data, and Trust & Safety teams to deliver engaging and secure experiences tailored to niche fandoms.
This is a fast-paced and iterative environment where we prioritize rapid shipping, learning, and adapting based on real user feedback.
Role Responsibilities
Lead and execute full-stack product feature milestones that empower creators to produce compelling content on Patreon.
Design scalable, maintainable components with a focus on quality and robustness.
Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver top-notch features.
Advocate for innovative solutions that improve usability and engagement within our discovery features.
