As part of the Software Engineering team, you will play a crucial role in developing high-quality datasets, managing data pipelines, creating data models, and building robust services and APIs that support server-side application logic. You will work closely with engineering and product teams to design and launch new product features.
In your role as a Senior Software Engineer, you will contribute to Quorum's mission of delivering exceptional software solutions for public affairs professionals. Reporting to an Engineering Manager, you'll utilize a full-stack approach, employing technologies such as Python, Django, PostgreSQL, AWS, and more. You will also be part of the Aluminium team, which focuses on implementing AI strategies to enhance our products and empower users in achieving their goals. Our emphasis is on leveraging artificial intelligence to improve user experiences, address client needs, and deliver cutting-edge, reliable, and efficient tools that keep Quorum at the forefront of industry innovation.
Your Responsibilities
First Week: Contribute new code to production.
First Month: Develop code across various stack levels, from infrastructure to API to UI.
First Six Months: Own a complete set of features and make impactful decisions for numerous clients.
First Year: Guide our team through broad technical decisions influencing our stack, products, and overall company growth.
Your Profile
7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a focus on full-stack development.
