About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and innovative Senior Producer to spearhead the planning and execution of Crunchyroll’s most significant global events, including major initiatives, award shows, and other high-profile experiences.
Reporting directly to the Global Executive Producer, you will be a trusted partner and key contributor in bringing event strategies to fruition, coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors, collaborating with various stakeholders to manage production schedules and budgets, and ensuring seamless execution across multiple concurrent projects. The Senior Producer will also act as a representative for leadership as needed, ensuring projects remain on track, maintaining consistency across all event touchpoints, and aligning with both creative and operational objectives.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for a seasoned producer who excels in dynamic environments, enjoys creative collaboration alongside operational excellence, and can adeptly balance strategic oversight with daily production management under tight deadlines.
Core Areas of Responsibility
- Support the Head of Events
- Collaborate closely with the Global Executive Producer to deliver exceptional, on-brand event experiences across global initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work with internal teams such as marketing, brand management, creative, communications, and operations to ensure alignment on goals and outcomes.
- Vendor & Partner Management
- Engage with external production vendors, AV teams, agencies, and talent management to realize creative and logistical plans.
- On-Site Leadership
- Act as a primary point of contact during live events, ensuring flawless execution and providing leadership support in the absence of the Global Executive Producer.
