Your extensive recruiting experience will be pivotal in attracting high-impact talent across diverse functions including Marketing, Finance, Sales, and Operations, while collaborating closely with senior business leaders.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle for senior and specialized roles across a broad spectrum of global functions (e.g., Marketing, Creative, Finance, Operations, HR).
Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies to cultivate robust pipelines of passive candidates in competitive international markets for non-technical positions.
Collaborate with executive leaders and hiring managers worldwide to define roles, provide insights into the current market landscape, and advise on effective talent acquisition strategies and organizational structure.
Enhance and standardize global recruiting workflows, ensuring efficiency and compliance with local labor regulations across all regions.
Monitor key recruitment performance metrics (KPIs), analyze data, and present actionable insights to leadership to refine hiring strategies.
Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring a seamless, professional, and positive experience for all candidates at every interaction point.
Integrate Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion principles into sourcing, screening, and interview practices on a global scale.
