In this pivotal position, you will harness your extensive recruiting expertise to attract high-impact talent across diverse functions, including Marketing, Finance, Sales, and Operations, acting as a vital ally to senior leadership.
Your Responsibilities
Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle for complex, senior, and specialized positions across a multitude of global functions (e.g., Marketing, Creative, Finance, Operations, HR).
Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies to cultivate robust pipelines of passive candidates in competitive international markets for non-technical roles.
Collaborate with executive leaders and hiring managers worldwide to clarify role requirements, offer market insights, and advise on effective talent acquisition strategies and organizational structure.
Enhance and standardize global recruitment workflows, ensuring efficiency and compliance with local labor regulations across all regions.
Monitor key recruitment performance metrics (KPIs), analyze performance data, and present actionable insights to leadership to refine hiring processes.
Serve as a brand ambassador, guaranteeing a positive, professional, and cohesive experience for all candidates at every interaction.
Proactively integrate Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion principles into sourcing, screening, and interview methodologies globally.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have...
A minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, showcasing success in hiring across a variety of functional areas (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, HR, Legal).
A proven track record of managing a high-volume and diverse requisition load concurrently while ensuring quality and speed of hire.
Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques across both traditional and digital platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks) to build pipelines for non-technical roles.
Demonstrated experience managing global or multi-regional requisitions, adeptly navigating diverse labor laws, compensation structures, and cultural sensitivities.
