What You'll Do
Lead the evolution of our brand identity:
Establish and uphold our brand guidelines and visual identity framework.
Refine our brand as the company expands and our narrative develops.
Ensure visual consistency across all customer interactions, including marketing, product, sales, and events.
Create scalable design infrastructure:
Develop a repository of templated design assets to enhance production efficiency while ensuring quality.
Set design standards and best practices that empower the broader team.
Design impactful visuals across channels:
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging campaign graphics and visuals.
Design motion graphics for product demonstrations, social media content, and marketing campaigns.
Support product marketing initiatives with compelling visual storytelling for feature launches, case studies, and educational materials.
Foster cross-functional collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, product, and go-to-market teams to identify needs and deliver high-impact designs.
Balance creative excellence with speed and scalability.
Utilize feedback and performance data to continuously enhance our visual strategies.
Who You Are
Essential Qualifications:
A strong portfolio showcasing work in brand identity, design systems, and scalable templates.
Expert proficiency in design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience in motion design for digital content including product demonstrations and marketing campaigns.
A systems thinker capable of constructing frameworks that scale, beyond creating standalone pieces.
A collaborative designer who understands the balance between creative vision and business requirements.
