About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Growth Manager – Southeast Asia to be a pivotal force in LemFi’s growth within Asian communities across the United States. This role entails substantial travel throughout the USA, representing LemFi at various Asian community events. You will play a key role in launching new markets, enhancing user acquisition, and forging robust community and partnership networks to drive sustainable growth.
As we embark on a crucial phase of our international expansion, you will thrive as an entrepreneurial self-starter in a dynamic environment, making strategic decisions and executing with agility. You will be accountable for growth outcomes in your designated markets, acting as both a strategic planner and a hands-on operator, deeply engaged with the communities we serve.
Collaboration will be key as you work closely with our Growth, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams, ensuring that LemFi’s offerings resonate locally and create measurable impact as we scale.
Your Contributions
Frequent Travel Across the USA
Travel throughout the U.S. to participate in events, expos, and community gatherings, serving as a brand ambassador and key contact for LemFi.
Expand LemFi’s community network by engaging with local leaders, partners, and organizations, scheduling meetings, and securing sponsorships for community events.
