Role Overview
The Senior Growth Marketing Strategist serves as the strategic architect for all growth marketing initiatives. This individual develops comprehensive full-funnel marketing strategies, manages day-to-day execution, and guarantees that each growth project is implemented with precision, insight, and excellence. This role is pivotal as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor for clients engaged in growth-specific contracts. For multi-service projects, the strategist will collaborate closely with Program Management to align strategies, timelines, resources, and deliverables across teams.
In this role, you will oversee the contributions of external consultants and internal specialists, ensuring adherence to timelines and meticulous attention to detail for every deliverable. You will act as the “growth brain” for accounts, integrating efforts across Paid Media, Email, SEO, and Creative to achieve measurable and profitable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead comprehensive growth strategies that encompass acquisition, retention, and onsite optimization.
Own the strategic planning process, including quarterly roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives, and aligning KPIs.
Transform performance data into actionable insights, recommendations, and testing methodologies.
Provide leadership as a trusted growth advisor, steering strategy discussions, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and executive presentations.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Paid Media, Email/SMS, SEO, Creative, and Technical teams to ensure strategic alignment and robust execution.
Identify and quantify growth opportunities across various channels, supporting contract renewals and expansions.
Convert client objectives into actionable growth plans at the channel level, complete with clear KPIs.
Serve as the primary strategic lead and daily contact for all growth marketing engagements.
Facilitate client consultations, weekly performance reports, and strategic workshops.
Work in partnership with Program Management on multi-service contracts to ensure cohesive communication, aligned timelines, and integrated strategies.
