Your Role
As a Senior Growth Product Manager, you will spearhead sustainable and scalable growth throughout our customer lifecycle—from acquisition and activation to retention and expansion. You’ll play a key role in implementing our Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategy, leading impactful experiments, and developing systems to enhance customer value and drive revenue. Collaborating with world-class teams, you’ll optimize conversion funnels, unlock self-service revenue opportunities, and scale our B2B PLG initiatives.
- Lead the end-to-end PLG growth strategy encompassing acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion.
- Identify and prioritize high-impact growth opportunities using data insights and market trends.
- Conduct rapid experimentation to optimize conversion funnels and reveal new revenue streams.
- Collaborate with engineering, analytics, product marketing, and customer-facing teams to refine high-performing growth loops.
- Manage growth pods to execute roadmap initiatives—with clear ownership over experiment planning, execution, and analysis.
- Shape go-to-market strategies, pricing, and product packaging.
