Currently, we are expanding our market presence in Greece and are seeking seasoned Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Senior Consultants to join our dynamic project teams. As a key member of our client engagement teams, you will play a crucial role in leading critical work streams and collaborating with industry-leading clients across various sectors to minimize risks and enhance business continuity and asset productivity. Your efforts will not only save lives but will also elevate the performance and wellbeing of all employees within our clients' organizations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Collaboration as a core team member in client engagement projects, leading complex tasks and initiatives.
Contributing to business growth by crafting high-quality proposals and solution designs and engaging in client business development discussions.
Evaluating operational processes, management efficiencies, and identifying potential for performance enhancements in safety, operational excellence, and environmental sustainability.
Building strong client relationships through meetings and interviews, trusted to work directly with clients to implement effective solutions.
Analyzing data to formulate impactful recommendations and leading the creation of high-quality presentations and documents for client interactions.
Conducting interviews, field observations, and data analysis.
Designing and delivering training, coaching, and workshops at client locations.
This position is home-based in Greece; however, it will entail frequent client travel, potentially up to four days per week.
