Your Role
We are in search of a dynamic Senior HR Business Partner with over 8 years of progressive HR experience to join our global HR team in London, UK, for a 12–14 month maternity leave cover. This position, while based in our central London office, will have a global scope, providing strategic HR partnership to teams in North America and EMEA. You will play a pivotal role across various corporate functions such as Technology, Finance, and Workplace Services, driving essential HR strategies and operational execution to ensure seamless people processes across all regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Global HR Partnership: Serve as the primary HR contact for designated business groups across North America and EMEA, ensuring alignment between global HR strategies and regional operational requirements.
- Coaching & Advisory: Offer daily coaching to managers on performance management, team dynamics, and employee development.
- Core HR Cycles: Lead and facilitate the execution of critical HR processes globally, including performance management, compensation reviews, talent mapping, and succession planning.
- Data-Driven Execution: Leverage HR metrics (such as headcount and attrition) to inform strategic decisions and enhance productivity and capability across regions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with global Centers of Excellence (COEs) to implement and tailor programs that improve the employee experience and bolster global talent attraction and retention.
