Key Responsibilities
As a Senior HR Business Partner, your contributions will include:
- Collaborating with leadership to assess HR needs and implement proactive solutions.
- Leading recruitment, hiring, change management, and exit processes.
- Providing ongoing performance management guidance, including coaching, career development, and disciplinary actions.
- Addressing complex employee relations issues with thorough and impartial investigations.
- Ensuring adherence to federal and state employment laws and internal policies.
- Assisting in the development of compensation strategies through market analysis and employee education.
- Managing payroll processing and HRIS oversight, including reporting and improvements.
- Supporting benefits administration, including open enrollment and vendor management.
- Contributing to workforce and succession planning initiatives.
- Conducting stay and exit interviews to gather insights for leadership.
- Acting as a representative of UTFCU at recruitment events and serving as a primary contact for HR inquiries.
