Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to analyze, identify, and develop tailored solutions that address their supply chain challenges using the IFS ERP software platform.
- Customize the IFS ERP software to align with specific client needs, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
- Deliver IFS ERP solution presentations, conduct training sessions, and facilitate solution testing.
- Diagnose and resolve issues while providing functional support to clients to guarantee successful implementation and effective utilization of the ERP system.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and the project delivery team to ensure timely and budget-conscious project completion.
- Offer ongoing support and maintenance services to clients, ensuring sustained success of the deployed ERP systems.
- Continuously enhance your knowledge of IFS ERP software functionalities, keeping up-to-date with new features and best practices.
- Work professionally with clients and their teams to drive project success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Over 5 years of experience with a proven track record of successfully implementing multiple IFS ERP systems within the supply chain domain.
- Strong interest in how systems enhance business processes; experience in ERP implementation projects or upgrades, whether from the client or vendor perspective is desirable.
- Able to work effectively with a diverse group of business stakeholders, technical consultants, and finance leaders.
- Exceptional communication skills with a commitment to delivering top-notch customer service and support.
