Role Overview
The Senior Internal Communications Manager will play a pivotal role in operationalizing our internal communications strategy, ensuring that employees are well-informed, aligned, and motivated about our organizational objectives—primarily within QuillBot (approximately 80% of the role), with an additional 20% dedicated to project-based support for Learneo Corporate.
This position requires collaboration with leaders across the organization, including the QuillBot CEO, Chief of Staff, VP of HR, and Learneo corporate leaders, to deliver clear, consistent, and timely communications that drive business priorities and strategic alignment.
Responsibilities
- Execute and operationalize the internal communications strategy by translating high-level goals into actionable communications across various channels.
- Plan and deliver internal communications for QuillBot, which includes:
- Company-wide announcements and business updates.
- Messaging and materials for Town Hall meetings, AMAs, planning sessions, and significant company events.
- Drafting and editing communications from executive and functional leaders, including strategy roll-outs, updates, presentations, and emails.
