Join Our Team as a Senior IT Recruiter!
Eazhire LLP is on the lookout for a passionate Senior US IT Recruiter to play a vital role in our team. This position is integral to meeting the staffing needs of our state government clients.
(Please note: Applications lacking experience with State Clients will not be considered)
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage 6 to 9 years of expertise in US IT recruitment and sourcing.
- Engage with MSP/VMS accounts as a mandatory requirement.
- Demonstrate strong skills in recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders.
- Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to source and recruit qualified candidates for both IT and Non-IT roles.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of candidate records, including both active and passive prospects using Oorwin ATS.
- Develop and nurture a network of candidates for future job openings.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Possess proven experience in recruiting for government, public sector, or state client requirements.
- Bring familiarity with state government recruitment policies, compliance regulations, and procedures to the table.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools effectively.
- Be available to work night shifts aligned with US hours.
