Mission: Join a dynamic and highly skilled team focused on evolving and supporting a suite of custom-built applications using Java/Spring Boot and Angular, tailored for the airline industry. These applications tackle intricate, data-driven challenges, providing a diverse and intellectually engaging work environment. Additionally, you will maintain existing systems and actively contribute to new and innovative client projects.
Main Responsibilities:
Engage in the complete lifecycle of releases, including coding, testing, building, and deployment.
Contribute to user story grooming processes (estimations, technical solutions) alongside the team.
Develop both frontend and backend components with a focus on performance and reliability.
Conduct unit testing to ensure code quality.
Enhance application performance and reliability through systematic improvements.
Participate in documentation and the delivery process for various projects.
Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for a variety of applications utilizing a shared technology stack.
Take part in weekly support meetings and ensure thorough documentation of incidents.
Conduct incident classification, monthly reporting, and root cause analysis.
Maintain and update functional development environments for supported applications.
Participate in support shifts (once fully onboarded) together with the team.
Engage in 24/7 on-call rotations, addressing P1 and P2 tickets in accordance with SLAs.
Perform technical troubleshooting, collaborate with client teams, and implement bug fixes or workarounds.
Oversee the release lifecycle from fix implementation to production deployment.
