About the job
Some roles create impact without needing to shout from the rooftops. This is one of those roles. At Reinaerde, everything revolves around people: colleagues who inspire you, clients who touch your heart, and teams that provide meaning together. You tell that story, authentically and without embellishment. Your ideas are given the space to flourish: you bring them to life, ignite movement, and showcase why working in disability care is so meaningful.
What You Will Do
As a Senior Labour Market Communication Advisor, you will operate at the intersection of HR, communication, and recruitment. Your work centers on stories, people, and energy. You will creatively devise ways to attract new colleagues and make our direction and core values tangible for our employees. You ensure that our employer brand is consistently represented across all platforms: offline, online, and in the workplace. You understand that this requires a truly different approach, aligned with the current times.
You write, create, conceive, and experiment. You are both a critical sparring partner and a creator. While you maintain an overview, you always have room for a clever, spontaneous, and well-thought-out idea. You collaborate with HR, recruitment, and your direct colleagues in communication as if this is one cohesive team.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing an engaging labor market communication strategy aligned with the new employer brand and recruitment ambitions.
- Advising HR and recruitment on positioning, target audience engagement, and effective tools.
- Translating HR strategy and labor priorities into concrete communication goals, plans, and approaches.
- Building, monitoring, and strengthening the image of the employer brand in all communications.
- Coordinating campaigns and collaborating with creative agencies.
- Creating captivating content for social media, the careers site, internal communications, and employee stories.
- Enhancing the careers site and digital channels based on data insights.
