The Role
As a Senior/Lead Product Manager at Streem Energy, you will spearhead the development of a targeted range of our innovative products. Collaborating closely with engineering, customer operations, and sales teams, you will define the product roadmap and bring our ambitious ideas to fruition.
This position is available at either the Senior or Lead level based on your experience, proven impact, and leadership capabilities.
You will play a pivotal role within Streem, serving as a critical link between our technical team, clients, and commercial stakeholders. Your contributions will be integral to shaping the company’s strategy, goals, and objectives.
At Streem, product management is not merely a support function; it is central to our mission. We seek a true product visionary—someone who can craft a compelling product vision, anticipate industry trends, and creatively influence the future of energy management software.
Your Responsibilities:
- Articulate and refine the product’s short and long-term vision in partnership with the product team and founders.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the energy management sector, its trends, and emerging needs.
- Set short to mid-term priorities that align with business objectives.
- Actively contribute to the formulation of the company’s strategy, objectives, and product roadmap.
- Foster a strong product and user-centric culture across the Streem team.
- Effectively communicate product challenges, priorities, and trade-offs.
- Align product efforts across engineering, operations, and commercial teams.
- Exhibit strong internal leadership to drive execution and clarity, even amid uncertainty.
Daily Activities:
- Develop a deep understanding of our user personas to devise elegant solutions to their challenges.
- Continuously monitor usage and gather user feedback.
- Keep a pulse on the landscape of energy management software.
- Occasionally attend client meetings to assess needs and validate solutions.
- Define the next generation of products and features informed by user feedback, analytics, studies, and industry insights.
- Meticulously design product specifications and feature requirements.
- Prioritize feature development and establish product roadmaps, strategies, and key objectives.
- Manage the development backlog to ensure alignment with engineering capacities and other product managers’ roadmaps.
- Support the engineering team through the development, testing, and release phases.
- Guarantee high quality and predictability in product deliveries.
- Be responsible for delivering valuable features promptly while upholding high standards.
