In the context of launching the Digital Continuity Service Line in France, we are seeking a Senior Test Lead / Quality Lead based in Île-de-France.
This role is client-facing, focused on strategy, governance, and management, and relies on an industrialized nearshore delivery model (primarily in Morocco, with support from Spain if necessary).
The ambition is to build sustainable quality models, progressively integrating automation and AI as efficiency and management levers.
You will be responsible for end-to-end quality ownership on client platforms.
You will define the testing strategy, oversee quality governance, manage client relationships, and orchestrate offshore delivery in line with business expectations, Service Lines, and quality objectives.
You will also be a driving force in the pragmatic adoption of AI to enhance testing efficiency and decision-making.
Quality Strategy & Vision
- Define and maintain a testing strategy aligned with business challenges and the criticality of client platforms.
- Position testing as a continuous capability that is business-oriented, rather than a project phase.
- Identify quality risks and define mitigation plans.
- Contribute to the gradual transformation towards managed and industrialized quality models.
Client Management & Governance
- Act as the main quality contact on the client side.
- Facilitate governance meetings (KPIs, steering committees, service reviews).
- Translate business expectations into concrete, measurable quality objectives.
- Establish a relationship of trust based on transparency, rigor, and commitment.
Delivery Orchestration (Nearshore)
- Oversee and coordinate offshore testing teams (primarily in Morocco).
- Define scopes, priorities, and operational rules.
- Challenge delivery when necessary and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure alignment between testing, support, and release activities.
Operational Excellence & AI
- Define and monitor quality KPIs (production defects, test coverage, automation, release readiness, etc.).
- Drive automation strategy in collaboration with offshore teams.
- Ensure coherence in methods, tools, and reporting.
- Leverage field feedback for continuous practice improvement.
- Introduce and frame pragmatic AI use cases, such as:
- generation and optimization of test cases
- intelligent prioritization of regressions
- analysis of defect patterns
- ...
