Your Role
We are in search of a Senior Learning Experience Designer who possesses a strong foundation in instructional design and a fervor for creating AI-enhanced educational content. In this pivotal role, you will merge traditional learning design with cutting-edge content production methods, including AI-assisted development and video-based learning. Your goal will be to craft scalable, engaging learning experiences that foster critical skills and promote career advancement across our organization. Collaborating closely with People Partners, subject matter experts, and business leaders, you will transform intricate concepts into high-quality, learner-centric solutions that empower our workforce in a dynamic, technology-driven landscape.
Your Responsibilities
- Design and implement engaging learning programs and resources that align with business goals and L&D strategies.
- Utilize instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to create impactful experiences that enhance knowledge retention and application in the workplace.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to distill complex ideas into clear, accessible, and impactful learning materials.
- Take the initiative to address challenges related to learning content, proactively identifying and overcoming obstacles to ensure timely and effective delivery.
- Develop blended learning solutions that integrate eLearning, instructor-led training, virtual sessions, toolkits, and job aids.
- Leverage AI tools and platforms to optimize learning design, content creation, personalization, and operational efficiency.
- Create high-quality video learning content using both AI-driven and traditional video production methodologies.
- Oversee the complete video production process, including scripting, storyboarding, editing, and publishing.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives through assessments, surveys, and analytics, using performance data to iterate and improve programs.
- Stay informed on the latest learning technologies, advancements in AI, and industry best practices to continually enhance the learner experience.
