Reporting directly to the Head of Retention, you will shape and execute strategies for customer lifecycle marketing across Email, SMS, and Direct Mail (DM) channels. As the main owner of these channels, you'll harness the power of deep personalisation and data-driven segmentation to meet and exceed our ambitious retention and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) goals.

Your Responsibilities
Your daily tasks will include:
- Driving the development and execution of marketing and trading campaigns across retention channels in close collaboration with marketing, creative, and ecommerce teams.
- Defining and implementing the strategic roadmap for Email, SMS, and DM strategies, focusing on maximizing customer retention and enhancing repeat purchase rates.
- Leading the advanced personalisation strategy across retention channels, including product recommendation initiatives.
- Designing and overseeing key customer segment testing initiatives to enhance channel effectiveness and incrementality.
- Managing the final asset sign-off for key communications while ensuring brand consistency and quality.
- Identifying opportunities for performance optimization and driving CLV through insightful presentations.
- Developing, mentoring, and managing a high-performing team, focusing on their professional growth.
- Owning channel-level reporting, transforming data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for the digital and marketing departments.
- Managing day-to-day relationships with essential ESP and SMS vendors, ensuring they meet expectations and maximize platform performance.
