The Role
We are seeking a commercially astute, production-savvy Senior Account Manager to spearhead client relationships and performance management across our major live events and festival accounts.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong commercial mindset, operational credibility, and a genuine enthusiasm for creating ambitious, food-centric experiences at scale.
This role bridges the gap between client satisfaction, commercial success, and operational feasibility. While you will not oversee on-site construction (that falls under the Producer's domain), you will manage the business aspect of the event, ensuring that deliverables are both commercially sound and aligned with client expectations.
As the principal relationship manager, you will translate client ambitions into well-defined commercial and operational frameworks, equipping our Delivery team to execute successfully. You will take ownership of a designated portfolio of prominent event accounts.
You understand that commercial success hinges on quality, speed, creativity, and guest satisfaction, all of which shape the food and drink experience for attendees.
