Join ASOS as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, where your expertise will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing reusable ML templates, deployment strategies, and MLOps tools that deliver scalable, reliable, and secure machine learning solutions throughout our organization.
You will work in tandem with ML Engineers and Scientists integrated within product teams, including Forecasting, Recommendations, Marketing, Customer, and Pricing. Your contributions will enhance their ability to accelerate project delivery and elevate the quality of ML systems by establishing a robust and standardized ML development environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Design and develop shared ML engineering templates, tools, and infrastructure to empower ML teams across ASOS.
- Lead the standardization and reusability of ML workflows, ensuring consistency across various product domains.
- Facilitate the efficient productionization of ML models by providing best practices, templates, and technical assistance.
- Implement and advocate for MLOps principles, including CI/CD for ML, model registries, monitoring, testing, and feature management.
- Collaborate with ML teams to identify challenges and adapt the platform to meet evolving needs.
- Partner with Data Engineering, Platform Engineering, and Security teams to ensure a scalable and cost-effective ML infrastructure.
