Your Impact:
- During the booking process, guests provide valuable signals regarding potential party intent. By integrating these signals with our internal data, you will have the opportunity to develop advanced heuristics and machine learning models that assess the risk of unauthorized gatherings.
- As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer within the Trust & Safety team, you will collaborate with product managers, data scientists, designers, and customer service professionals to create innovative solutions for predicting and preventing life safety and property damage incidents.
- The challenges you will tackle are often complex and multifaceted, necessitating a curious and analytical mindset to explore diverse user patterns and behaviors that may lead to safety incidents.
A Day in Your Role:
- Engage with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets, developing and refining state-of-the-art machine learning models for various Airbnb applications.
- Collaborate across different business functions to mitigate risks related to life safety and property damage.
