What does it mean to be a Project Manager H/F in Maintenance at Boccard Dunkerque?
At Boccard Dunkerque, being a Maintenance Project Manager means enjoying hands-on work and being directly based at the client site.
You will oversee the successful execution of projects for our clients in the Oil and Gas sector (ArcelorMittal).
To support you in project execution, you can rely on your team, which includes an assistant, a preparer, and your operational team (site manager, boilermaker, installer, mechanic, etc.).
What are the key responsibilities?
- Engage in commercial initiatives to attract new clients and secure new contracts, while maintaining relationships with your existing clientele (managing a portfolio of about ten clients).
- Manage dedicated execution teams and serve as the client liaison for your projects.
- Establish all necessary human and material resources for project execution and manage subcontracting.
- Develop detailed work schedules.
- Prepare and/or assist in creating technical and financial offers (studies, prefabrication, assembly, production shutdowns, maintenance).
- Ensure project/contract management with financial tracking, centralizing and consolidating monthly reporting.
- Participate in field interventions for annual maintenance and improvement projects. Provide support and assistance to stationed maintenance technicians.
- Contribute to regulatory controls and specific maintenance topics.
- Capitalization of maintenance knowledge: drafting safety operating procedures.
- Lead business meetings and conduct HSE audits.
Frequent travel to client sites is expected; a service vehicle will be provided.
