As a Senior Manager of Account Management at GoGlobal, you will be instrumental in enhancing client satisfaction and propelling the growth of our global operations. This strategic role involves the management, retention, and expansion of key accounts across various regions, with a strong focus on delivering an exceptional client experience and ensuring operational excellence. Candidates should possess comprehensive knowledge in Business & Corporate Services, international expansion strategies, and cross-border compliance, while nurturing robust partnerships with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship & Strategic Advisory: Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of high-value, multinational clients, establishing trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and providing consultative advice on global expansion, entity setup, and compliance. Supervise onboarding and guarantee seamless service delivery encompassing HR, payroll, corporate governance, and finance solutions.
- Account Growth & International Expansion: Identify and implement opportunities for cross-selling and upselling across Entity Solutions, HR Solutions, and Employer of Record. Counsel clients on market-entry strategies, corporate structuring, and multi-country operations. Collaborate with Sales to create tailored proposals for global expansion initiatives and renewal strategies.
- Operational Excellence & Governance: Ensure compliance with internal systems and regulatory mandates through meticulous documentation. Work with Implementation, HR, Payroll, Compliance, and Finance teams to provide integrated solutions. Address escalations and resolve complex client issues with an emphasis on risk management and service quality.
- Leadership & Team Development: Mentor Account Managers, cultivating expertise in corporate services and international operations. Promote best practices, training initiatives, and process enhancements to drive client success. Lead strategic internal projects focused on improving global service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Sales, Legal, and Operations teams on client proposals and solution design. Coordinate with global offices to ensure consistent service delivery across over 140 countries. Contribute to initiatives that reinforce GoGlobal’s reputation as a trusted partner for international business expansion.
