Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize cutting-edge data science applications to address business challenges within the Pharma and Lifescience sectors.
- Engage directly with client stakeholders to convert business challenges into strategic analytics solutions.
- Employ advanced analytics methodologies and best practices to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Leverage analytics to provide actionable insights, including ROI assessments, digital KPI tracking, and campaign performance evaluations.
- Utilize complex data for decision-making, with hands-on experience in data science techniques such as predictive analytics and machine learning, employing tools like R, Python, and Databricks, alongside proficiency in visualization platforms like Qlik, PowerBI, and Tableau.
- Possess familiarity with essential pharma data sources such as Veeva and IQVIA, including real-world data sources like TriNetX and Flatiron.
- Exhibit a proven ability to translate strategic insights into actionable plans, demonstrating excellent analytical skills and simplifying complex issues for diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with various management levels and consult with key business stakeholders.
- Present analytic solutions effectively to business audiences, emphasizing the value and robustness of the solutions.
- Contribute to team discussions to select appropriate analytic techniques and generate actionable business insights.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management, effectively communicating results and strategies to operationalize analytics solutions.
Qualifications:
- 8 to 13 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 7 years dedicated to data analytics.
- In-depth understanding of pharma datasets, KPIs, and insights required across various HQ and field roles, including commercial, PSS, and market access.
- Strong SQL skills and practical experience with analytic tools such as R and Python, in addition to visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau.
- Comprehensive understanding of standard data sources, particularly pharmacy, HUB, CRM, and IQVIA datasets.
